At HR Ireland we offer a variety of coaching solutions tailored to the client needs. We have a variety of skilled and mature coaches from different disciplines and different walks of life. We have had great success in helping companies retain their top talent by coaching executives and helping them achieve their potential within companies and have introduce the concept of lateral promotion.





At HR Ireland we deal with senior management one on one and ensure that coaching is aligned to the critical business needs facing the business and will coach to two to three key areas over a 3 to 6 month period. We use 360 0 feedback and competency assessment to ensure commercial focus and facilitate behavioural change if required.





Executive Coaching Business Focused.
Our approach is simple we speak to the Coachees direct superior who initiates the programme and organise terms, duration etc. The process is that we meet with the coachee and will assign a coach who will meet with the coachee and explain the process and ensure their buy in. The process consists of self evaluation and followed by a limited 360° feedback from 3 to 4 close colleagues.





This is then used to coach to identified critical improvement areas





Front line management Group Coaching
Similar process to the above but is more informal; and the 360° is done on the day using critical competencies which are agreed with the client in advance. These interventions are normally a number of one day programmes where some take away work is completed e.g. personality questionnaires




Life Coaching individual
We can and have if requested provide some life coaching to individuals and this is often in support of employees who may be undergoing some difficulty which is impacting work performance & it can help resolve such issues supportively and we retain the services of a qualified psychologist if required.
